I have the TC Encore muzzleloader. I have been using 105 grains of BlackHorn 209 Powder, 285 grain Barnes Spitfire Bullets, Winchester Standard 209 Primers. Previously I was using 777 powder. The BlackHorn is much cleaner burning with no crud ring, no swabbing between shots, easier to remove breech plug, less corrosive etc.. However, accuracy is about the same as 777. I can get 1.5" groups with the scoped encore at 100yds. I shot 240 grain Hornady XTPs and they were as accurate as the barnes but I've heard that penetration can be an issue with them so I stuck to the Barnes. When using BlackHorn powder, simply clean like a centerfire rifle and your good to go. Hope this helps.
